Welcome to the tenth money making report, here’s the last one.

A bit late, preparation for my third year at uni has taken priority!

Over the last month I have been considering whether posting more frequently will generate more revenue, or should I diversify more. The answer comes down to time. More posts would be detrimental to my general life, as I would have to devote more focus to this, whereas more websites involve research and the initial time investment and maintenance. Which is a better option? I am leaning towards the latter as that probably holds more interest for me. Daily posting seems a waste unless you really have something useful to say, otherwise you just dry up. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this issue.

Back to finacial matters, Project Wonderful has returned in the form of 125×125 ads, these have been more successful although I still am not sure of them. But atleast they work a little better.

Welcome to the ninth (I always thought it was spelt nineth, but apparently not!) money making report, here’s the last one.

It has been a strange month, I seem to be gaining external commitments, even though I was trying to cut down my work load. Too much of a workaholic. Did get a bit of work done here, the design is being steadily tidied up. The ‘Useful Stuff’ section being the major addition.

Project Wonderful was dropped, partly due to the poor returns, but mainly due to the lack of advertisers. It seems the 234*60 still lacks the popularity. 125*125 advertisers are very common on PW. I assume this is partly due to the effect of Entrecard.

A quick congratulations to all those who got their A level results, I hope they were what you were after. I will try and put some freshers related posts up before the start of the next uni semester.

Welcome to the eighth money making report, here’s the last one.

After blowing away the cob webs that were forming on this site, I found I haven’t written anything constructive since my last report. Disappointing, but I’m nearly ready to put some effort into this. Losing the internet for two weeks didn’t help my life. But it did at least allow me to get some work done on some web projects without distraction.

If I want to move forward I need some targets, to help motivate and focus my mind. So here’s my plan for the next year, from now.

1. Complete web project A by end of July 08
2. Complete web project B by end of September 08
3. Complete web project C by end of October 08
4. Complete web project D by end of December 08
5. Complete web project E by end of March 09
6. And Finally achieve revenue of £500 ($1000) per month by July 09.

By revenue I mean my income from my activities online only. This is only a skeleton plan but hopefully I will add some fine detail to this over the coming months ahead. It’s a start and I hope not too ambitious.
